Racing at ISC

ISC heritage is in OneDesign Racing. From the 1950s on, you could see members sailing across Geist Reservior almost every weekend from April to November.  In the 1990s we were considered the largest OneDesign sailing club in the United States. In 2000 we expanded our fleets to include keelboats, raced both OneDesign, and PHRF handicap. If you are interested in racing, chances are we've got a boat and a program for you.  Racing is scheduled every Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening.  The Sunday schedule is OneDesign Racing (ODR) and Wednesday racing provides opportunities for every boat at the club to get involved.  View the calendar for the schedule of club racing and fleet regattas.

Cruising & Social Sailing at ISC

ISC hosts multiple cruising and social sailing events throughout the season.  Whether your desire is an evening raft up or a full moon sail, there are plenty of sailors who enjoy the leisure pace on the water.  Click on the calendar to schedule your next social sail on Geist.  The 2018 4th of July raft up is already stirring up loads of interest.

Training at ISC

ISC offers training to all of our members. The Youth S.O.S. Program starts off the youngest sailors in prams.  The Sailing Camp and Junior Race Program continues training through the teen years in  lasers, prams, sunfish, and club 420s.  Adult Training teaches the basics to the parents in club Interlakes.  Our goal is to engage all ages of the family in the sport of sailing.  Classes and camps are scheduled throughout the sailing season.
