Website Updates

Several sections of the website have been updated to reflect changes for the 2007 sailing season:

2007 Membership Application – the 2007 ISC Membership Application as well as 2007 dues/initiation fee schedule has been posted to the Membership/Dues page.
2007 Sailing Camp/Junior Training – the 2007 ISC Sailing Camp Application including dates and times has been posted to the Junior/Sailing Camp page.
2006 ISC Club Champion – Tom Townsend has been added to the list of ISC Club Champions. This is a "three-peat" as Club Champion for Tom. Congratulations!
2006 Outstanding Service Award &ndash Bruce Williams (your humble webmaster) and Bill Kennedy (editor of the club's newsletter, The Mainsheet) have been added as the 2006 recipients of the ISC Outstanding Service Award.

ISC Juniors Compete in Orange Bowl Regatta

ISC junior sailors Cameron Borkowski and George Jerman traveled with Eagle Creek Sailing Club juniors Jake Hubbard and Cody McCoun to the Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta at the Coral Reef Yacht Club in Coconut Grove, FL. Cameron and George sailed in the Laser Radial division and finished 114th and 123rd out of 127 boats in the fleet. Joyce Hubbard reports that the conditions were quite challenging with winds up to 25 knots along with high seas (they raced 3 miles out in Biscayne Bay). Congratulations to our local sailors on doing a great job of representing Indianapolis sailing!
